How we transformed Jawitz Properties' digital footprint

Our Integrated Storytelling Marketing Machine managed to generate 47 leads with only $50. And then we kept on talking to those leads with emailers.

Background

Jawitz Properties approached us because they could not generate any (or very little) business from Social Media and their website at the time. Our mission was simple:

Generate HOT traffic through digital platforms that convert into direct sales before Christmas, which was two months away.

Our Solution

Because they had very little digital exposure, besides the general motor trade market places such as Autotrader, we felt that a wholistic digital role out would be the most powerful. This is what we built:
 
  • Google Ads to drive traffic to the website
  • Integrated the Facebook pixel which allowed us to retarget on Facebook and Instagram
  • Carousel ads on Facebook and Instagram to add them to our marketing funnel
  • Automated 5 string email setup, to drive traffic back to the website

Our Results

From the first month we already hit the ground running, where we garnered 64 leads in November. The following month we doubled it.

On average, in the industry every 10th lead books a test drive. As you can see with the results, they became quite busy, quite quickly. This is what we managed to deliver:

  • 90 – 300 leads per month
  • Got clicks down to 3c per click where industry average is around 70c per click for the motor trade
  • On video views we got the Cost Per Engagement (CPE) down to 1c
  • 300 – 500 Messages per month that we filter through automated messaging to only send the users who were ready to purchase
  • 100 – 2oo calls per month
 

Because of how we set this up, we kept on engaging with each lead for up to 3 months with our retargeting strategy
